Just returned from a 13 day stay at the Regina Gran hotel with my husband and 6 year-old daughter. This is the 3rd year we have visited and again we had a wonderful, relaxing time. The hotel is great value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and the buffet food offers a wide selection for all tastes. The Regina Gran is within 10 minutes walk of the Port Aventura train station and is equally close to the beaches. In the evenings the entertainment can vary in quality but is quite acceptable and the children seem to love it! The only downside to our stay was a large number of teenage groups. On our last evening, we had children running up and down the corridor banging their doors in the early hours of the morning. However, when we complained to the reception, the matter was dealt with immediately and the group involved and their leaders were told quite clearly that it had to stop. It did! Overall we had an excellent holiday and would return to Regina Gran again without hesitation.
